Job Overview:
- Work on event management processes based on surveillance systems for a US client
- Provide customer and technical support as per company standards
- Ensure accurate communication and issue handling
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Computer Systems or related domain is mandatory
- Possess basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Provide product support according to standard guidelines and procedures
- Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
- Follow communication procedures, company guidelines, and policies
- Experience with CCTV surveillance systems will be considered an added advantage
