Overview
The Service Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily service operations, handling escalations from clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. The role also involves supporting the team, monitoring ticket progress, managing billing activities, and assisting with technical decisions to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client and internal escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide technical guidance and daily support to Level 1 technicians.
- Assist coordinators with scheduling and resource planning.
- Support onboarding and management of subcontractors.
- Monitor SPS to identify delays and coordinate with the Parts team.
- Oversee billing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
