Overview
- Service Coordinators are responsible for managing and organizing day-to-day service activities.
- Their main focus is to schedule technician visits, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and
- make sure all service requests are followed through until closure. They play a key role in keeping
- communication clear between clients, technicians, and support teams, while ensuring updates
- are properly tracked in the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate technician visits as per client requirements
- Confirm service schedules and maintain client communication
- Prioritize and assign tasks based on urgency and service needs
- Coordinate with the Parts team for availability and delivery tracking
- Address client queries on scheduling and service updates
- Collect and document post-visit reports from technicians
- Arrange logistics, site access, and necessary equipment
- Monitor open tasks to ensure timely execution without delays
