- Troubleshoot issues like node/link down, latency, packet drops
- Knowledge of switches, bridges, APs, and wireless controllers
- Perform router setup, firewall configuration, port forwarding
- Basic desktop and laptop troubleshooting support
- Willing to work in night shifts
- CompTIA A+ / N+ certification preferred
